A. Renovation and Equipping DoMS 101 Classroom

Department of Management Studies(DoMS) is looking at developing a State-of-the-art classrooms to accommodate 120 students. Owing to the new academic programmes and increase in intake of students, the department felt the acute need for large classrooms with professional layout (horizontal instead of vertical layout to enable reach of students). We want to renovate classroom DoMS101 that can accommodate 120 students. We are seeking to raise funds for equipping and renovating the classroom. We want a classroom that can cater to both physical and virtual (online) attendees. The room must have an audio/visual setup to make the presentations and interactions seamless and clutter-free. The classroom should have proper acoustics and be soundproof, having a projection screen with multi-touch features, boards, mikes, AC duct, false roofing, wire/clutter-free, high-speed internet for video conferencing, Tables and chairs, and so on. We hope that we will secure the support of our generous alumni to set up this modern well equipped classroom.

B. Building and equipping Executive Classrooms in DoMS Terrace

With the growth and recent expansion in programmes and activities of the department, the department felt the acute need for two executive classrooms of 100 capacity each, plus a sit out area for students, Funds required for building the DoMS Terrace, lift and steps access to the terrace, classroom tables and chairs, classroom audio and video equipments, electrical and AC Rs. 8 crore.

(Funds required: Endowment mode 8 cr, Class room naming rights –2 cr).
