Just as in Western Europe the Roman script is used to express all the major languages, is it possible to create a common script for all Indian languages?
Bharati script is designed to be a common script that can express all the major Indian languages. In India, most major languages are written their own unique scripts, which poses barriers to communication in a multilingual society.

Just as in a typical Indic writing system, the characters in Bharati script are created in a minimalist fashion to express their corresponding sounds.

- Samyuktakshar (C*V combinations)
The script is easy to learn. In our school activities, the kids are able to write their names on the black board after a mere 10-15 minutes of introduction.
