The Batch of 1985 is coming together to strengthen the existing transformative initiatives and the new ones along the lines of expanding access, deepen inclusion and empowering the next generation beyond the campus with its lovely ‘IITM for all” theme.
The current impactful initiatives empowering the next generation include offering online degrees, hands-on stem labs in rural schools, equipping with practical skills in modern impactful devices such as AI enabled 3D printing, etc, career mentoring, VR-enabled education in village classrooms bridging the urban-rural gap, There will be more to come under this theme and the batch’s support will cover that also.
