1980 Batch Ruby Reunion

Description

This year the batch of 1980 is celebrating its 40th reunion and we at IIT Madras are very excited to host the batch at IIT Madras for the reunion. The batch of 1980 has always generously contributed to the development of IIT Madras.

The batch has earlier supported Excellence in research travel grant and Lobby in Research Park & Alumni Services. The travel grant program enabled the research scholars to meet people from other countries face to face whose thesis they were capable of reading only. Attending a conference with thousands of scholars working in the same field benefits the research scholars immensely.
